Nat 22nd Bdae Celebration

So i am here to update our dear Nat's 22nd bdae celebration, date on 29 May Friday at the famous Chong Pang Nasi Lemak! It's been such a long time ever since we last ate there. Everyone miss it rite? At least for me. HAHA.

Anyway, all of us suppose to meet there at 1030pm but some of us reach only at 11 plus, and i am one of them. haha. Anyway, thanks nat for that wonderful treat. i am pretty sure all of us enjoyed it. I hope you will like the present we give u! Damn practical ok.

Anyway, at a point of time, ZKTeam was discussing how to let everyone know our existence because we were sitting at the table talking. i guess we are all old alr huh. Let the younger generation create that atmosphere huh? ok craps. who say we are old. only that andrew is old. hahas. wrinkles~!

Planning for gathering

Hello guys,

it's been a while since i last disturbed all of you. hahaha...

Alrights, i know there had been this H1N1 Influenza A going on but before this influenza started, i already had plans of organising a chalet at the end of the year. so i just wanna find out if you guys are interested.

due to this influenza, we are unable to confirm any bookings for Aloha Loyang(obviously, cos it's the quarantine centre now) and HomeTeamNS. but i thought it would be ok to just set some tentative dates.

dates: 13-15 Nov / 14-16 Nov / 27-29 Nov / 25-27dec

i know that all the dates falls on super peak but this are considerations to those working.

well, this is just tentative plans. so just drop me an email to let me know if you're interested. =)

Oh well, anyway, on 25 april, we were invited to celebrate stef's bdae at Furama Riverfront Hotel for buffet dinner. Paid by Stef's card, but billed on Andrew. LOL. Food was ok, though a small small gathering, but we are all happy and enjoyable. And for me, i think it's the 2nd time I see Anders' girlfriend. HAHA. ok random.

Chinese New Year

I am very very sorry for the super late reply because ok fine, i have been lazing around. and i have no idea why i chose to update when it's my exam period now. probably to destress. HAHA.

Anyway this year's CNY i only join them for the dinner, because my grandma passed away last year.

All i know is, if i am not wrong, they only went to anders' house, JY's house and lastly sharon's house.

And so we had our annual christmas party.. not at anybody's home now, but at Ang Mo Kio Hub Nebo Cafe. Yes i bet all of us have a good time with each other, yes? Yes i hear cheerings! Alright, so all of us meet at 6pm, oh dats rubbish becoz most of us are late. and so we can only get into the room at 6.45pm.

Firstly we ordered our food and videos of our SIT Club were played.. those are really the most memorable time during our poly life.

after eating, we had the highlight of the nite, the gifts exchange programme! We had alot of fun guessing the baby photos.. cool eh? LOL.. anyway, pictures speaks more than thousands of words, so just enjoy the pictures slides below! =)

Summer Holiday at Redang!

Alright, reporter chloe is once here again to blog about the summer holiday of 11 zkteam members at Pulau Redang from 30 apr to 4 May!

Members present: Anders, Tang, Kiafang, Xavier, kahyip, Andrew, Nat, Xinyi, Benita, Stef and Me!

Wednesday
Firstly on 30 apr, we meet up at Kranji Mrt to go into JB and then to larkin to board our bus at 10.30pm. Bus journey was about 7 to 8 hours. So we reached the bus interchange at Kuala Terenganu and then took the van to the ferry terminal and then ferry to Pulau Redang!

Thursday
Yes and finally we are at Redang island! The More More Tea island! =DDD We were briefed by one of the guys dere and then we took the tram to the lobby. We walked around the place and finally had our lunch and then checking in to our resort.

Anders, Tang, Kahyip and Xavier stayed in one resort, Nat, Xinyi and Kiafang at another and lastly Andrew, Stef, Benita and me. After some unpacking and stuffs, we head on to the beach immediately!

While some of them sun tan, the rest of us head to swim at the sea. =DDD It's summer holiday!! Woohoo~! after being under the sun for so long, we went back to our resort to have a cool relaxing shower before heading for dinner.

After dinner, went back to our resort and rest. was supposed to drink drink and emo talk at reporter chloe and gang resort but then as she concused rite after on her bed, the rest of them shifted to anders and gang's room. well, i dunno wat time they came back and anyway we woke up the next morning at 7 plus for breakfast.

Friday
After breakfast, changed into our wet gear again and head off to our first snorkeling trip! Took the equipment and woohoo we ferried to another island. The water was so crystal clear and we can see all the beautiful fishes. I even saw Nemo fish! and of coz some of us took pictures of us under water. The pictures were taken beautifuully but we looked damn ugly in the pictures so all of us agreed not to have the pictures on blog. Too bad for the readers. HOHO! Oh and when we were snorkeling, our wonderful mr anders tan was being so mischevious that he keep throwing bread at us and then he accidentally hurt his feet. and yes it bleed. well, i dunno to say serve him right or he is being careless. LOL.

After snorkeling, we dry ourselves abit and went for lunch. After lunch, some of us went to suntan and swimming and the rest head to the 2nd snorkeling trip. Reporter chloe being lazy of coz din go to the snorkeling trip lar. But according to those who went to the snorkeling trip, they said its the same just that the fishes are bigger lor. So after that, showered and we went for dinner. And to KTV. sang sang sang and then the disco started outside our private room. So, some of us went out to dance because the KTV system was kinda down. LOL. but was fixed later and were given an hour free for that. =D Anyway, i stayed at the disco. Kahyip and Xavier were like acting pro to dance and 'fight' with one of the guys dere. It was so funny becoz obviously they are playing a fool with that guy! After some time, the dance floor was empty BUT we continue to dance and have fun. Well, not exactly dance but the 2 guys were really entertaining. LOL.

After the long nite, head back to our resorts and sleep. planned to wake up at 5.45am to watch sunrise. BUT all of us slept like pigs that we wake up for breakfast at 8plus instead. LOL. It was such a waste. Though tang said he woke up at 5.30am but seeing the guys sleep like pig he went back to slp. HAHA.

Saturday
After breakfast, went to the beach to take some pictures before heading back to resort to pack our stuffs and checked out. Btw, the guys actually went to throw our mr anders tan into the sea but din threw him far enough so he landed on the big sand area and hurt himself. LOL. Poor tin. The initial target was Benita and then me but ended up to be anders. LOL. anyway, ferried back to Kuala Terenganu after and the van brought us to the rest house to put our stuffs and then to chinatown to shop.

There ain't much tins to shop actually. so we just bought some stuffs back to eat. So head back to the rest house, showered and van-ed back to the bus interchange and took the coach back to larkin and bla bla bla back to singapore on sunday morning.

The trip was indeed very enjoyable for all of us. Thanks to Kiafang and Xavier for the wonderful planning and so on. I'm certain that all of us are very happy that even though we alr grad but we are still this close. Really treasured these friendships very much.

Hope that next time 10 years down the road, we will be able to tour tgt and even bring our families along.

It was our annual house visiting.

First we went to xinyi's house. But due to reporter chloe is very lazy to go to Bukit Batok, so she gave it a miss. But all she knew is there is fried chicken at xinyi house to eat, cooked by her father. Thanks uncle for the effort. =D

Next we moved on to sharon's house. Reporter chloe is the first to reach her house because she goes straight there. Soon after, the rest reached. Bai nian bai nian den sharon bring out her home-made da xiao board out to play. The guys were using her Gua Zi as money. LOL.

Next we moved on to JY house, some mahjong at his house and some ban luck at his house. Then JY's father went out because he was involved in the Chingay! Woah so happening huh?

Next we went anders house. His mother cooked so much that we practically cannot have dinner already. Nice curry anders' mother cooked that andrew and xavier were eating non-stop. Our dear xavier nearly finished the whole pot when stef, jessica and kiafang had not eaten. -_-"

Lastly, we went on to reporter chloe's house. and also lao yu sheng at her place. yu sheng is from sakae one ok, super nice to eat. =D then ban luck chit chat.. then we went mac to slack + eat.

We had our own christmas party at sharon's house on 23 Dec 2007. Thanks sharon for 'loaning' the place. =D

well it's a pot luck party so everyone was to bring food. some brought spagetti, brownies, pizzas, fondues lalala.. so on.. and according to andrew, the brownies brought by benita are charcoals. =/ so mean. LOL. what's worst, benita's brownies became the forfeits of the exchange presents program. =/

anyway before the exchange present program, mr anders get all of us to sing 2 songs together. and as below..

WHY THE NAME ZKTEAM?
We were OGLs then, and our Mr Anders gave us this name, because he said we must be very *zai in planning and executing our events. Don't panic, be steady be zai!

OUR STORY...
We joined Camp Eagle in 2005, a camp which trained us to be Orientation Group Leaders. The camp was very tough and we were punished by our seniors even for the slightest mistake we made. nobody is perfect, but our seniors wanted us to be the most perfect 'imperfectionists'. Besides the orientation, we had 4 more events to do. And finally, we make our way through to become the SIT Club Executive Committees 2005/06.

We enjoyed our stay in SIT Club truly. We feel happy even doing nothing together. Days passed and it's time we passed down the club and our positions. And most of us had already graduated. BUT, well there is always a but rite, =) we still keep in contact even though we don't have any clubroom to slack together, well, we still have the earth isn't it? =)

And so YES! we do keep in contact and even had outings together rather frequent, so this blog is created for our outings and meet ups, as well as updating each other what we have been doing so far.

So, ZKTeam, be prepared to get interviewed by our personal reporter, Chloe. =)
